International SaaS trading & journal platform — built across two countries, shipped on time

The challenge

TrueTrader were co-developing a professional trading platform with a UK-based partner and needed a technical team that could hold their own in an international build. The requirements were complex — real-time data, compliance-aware architecture, and a hard delivery window tied to a commercial agreement.

What we did

We embedded as the core engineering team on the Nigeria side, owning the backend, data infrastructure, and frontend delivery. We coordinated with the UK partner across every sprint. The platform launched within the agreed timeline and has been live across multiple markets since.
